U.S. Rabies Certification

Your dog will need a Certification of U.S.-Issued Rabies Vaccination Form completed by a USDA-accredited veterinarian and endorsed by USDA.

Know the Timing

After a primary U.S. rabies vaccination, the certification may be requested at least 28 days later. Qualifying booster vaccinations do not require this waiting period.

Valid for Multiple Trips

Once completed, the certification is valid for the duration of the U.S. rabies vaccine and can be used for multiple trips.
