Beginning August 1, 2024 for ALL dogs entering the USA!
Starting August 1, 2024, the CDC will implement new requirements for all dogs entering the USA from any country. These changes will affect everyone traveling with dogs, including those with service animals. Import permits will NOT be issued by the CDC. All dogs traveling from high-risk countries must enter through and have a reservation at one of the seven designated animal care facilities in the USA for veterinary inspection.
