Coordinating air travel for companion animals can be complex and stressful for both humans and animals. Pets transported as live animal cargo or excess baggage spend hours confined in their transport crates, both before and after the flight. Often, they are placed in a cargo warehouse without access to food, water or relief.
ARK Pet Oasis aims to alleviate the concerns of pet parents and reduce animals' anxiety by providing a safe, calm and supportive environment before and after their flight. Our goal is to minimize the time your pet spends in a confined crate. Operating at a central resource available 24/7, ARK Pet Oasis caters to the needs and promotes the welfare of companion animals traveling as cargo.
For Those Making a CDC Reservation Request
To our valued customers: The ARK is updating its reservation system over the next couple weeks. Once fully implemented, the system will facilitate prompt quotes and improve communications with our customers. In the short run, there may be some glitches and duplicative emails. We ask your patience during the transition for any inconvenience this may cause.
We still kindly ask that you start the reservation process at least 45 days before the intended arrival date. An email/form does not constitute a reservation.
Dogs arriving should expect ONE overnight stay before entry.
